SLI
How's the service actually performing. Service Level Indicator.
SLE
What's the error rates on the service. Service Level Errors.
SLO
What we agree internally as a team, to meet SLA. Service Level Objective.
SLU
What's the update frequency on the service. Service Level Updates.
